I mean I will buy the subwoofer but build the box. I have a large media room, 300 sq feet and I want it to shake the entire room. I have a few left over car audio subwoofers and my home audio amp has 200rms for a sub output. Any advice on what to do? Can I even use car audio subs for home? I would like to have 2-3 12″ subs in one enclosure. |

To be honest, I really don’t know if it’s a good idea or a bad idea. Personally I imagine there’d be a different in amps, volts or whatever to use a car sub-woofer, but if your house can run the amount it takes, you should be safe. But I can’t be too sure though. |
